Nominee's Information

In good standing with the Ennismore Girls Hockey Association nominate:

The Election of these positions will be conducted by secret ballot at the Ennismore Girls' Hockey Association's Annual General Meeting at the Ennismore Arena

By submitting this form, the submission will be emailed to the nominators, nominee and EGHA Vice President.

Submissions where the Association receives an undelivered message from one of the submitted email addresses, the form cannot be accepted until email is verified.

All nominees must be in attendance at the Annual General Meeting to accept the nomination and to be voted for.

The EGHA's banquet and Annual General Meeting dates TBD.
